Your office rep was so patient and accommodating our needs for such a short notice move and put our minds at ease! He was very detail oriented & returned my many phone calls promptly. Our move day team was top notch and also very patient, kind, professional & quick.

From the initial phone call to the end of the move, this was a great experience. The operations team was friendly and helpful, and the movers were personable, polite and handled our things with exceptional care. Everything was explained in detail and communication was superb. I was having a small panic attack when I realized how hard it was going to be to move all our things. When 2 men and a truck or, in our case 3 men and the truck, pulled up I breathed a huge sigh of relief. They took care of everything and all of my worries disappeared :) I couldn't have done it without them. They saved the day!

Overall not happy with the move. I was selling and buying a home on the same day. I had expressed my intent that everything needed to be out of the old house, loaded on the trucks, and moved into my new place. I specifically requested 2 trucks. Movers came with 1 truck which delayed everything. They ended up making 3 trips back and forth. I had to compensate my buyers to address the delays.
