The only reason we hires a move team b/c we own a baby grand piano. 2Men sales said the move pianos all the time. They sent 5 guys who had never moved a piano. They damaged the piano and spent nearly 5 hours moving it. We had to pay for them to watch YouTube videos on moving a piano. Many other items left with paint from being scraped on walls and damaged corners of furniture from drops and abuse

The entire team was fantastic. Booking Agent was helpful and straightforward, Answering all of my questions and was thorough.
The moving team was wonderful. They navigated a difficult loading situation expertly. My items were wrapped for protection where needed and everything moved in/out expertly with no damage or concern. They were professional and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

After our move, I reported a couple broken items to the office. It is now been two months. I have still heard nothing back. I’m moving day. We were supposed to have two trucks. They showed up with one and I was told I was supposed to be reimbursed. It’s been two months and I still have had nothing. Any communication with the office I get no return call or email very disappointed in the service.
