The office was great with our number of changes to the schedule. They were always fast, responsive and thorough.
The moving crew was great. They let me know they were on the way and every step of the way. They loaded the truck quickly and well. No damages to anything. Perfect move.

The team from the Dayton, OH area consisted of Aiden and Kyle. They were the absolute best. They were kind and helpful. They were extremely careful with our items. I specifically observed their care when trying to remove my daughter's treadmill through the front door. They had best attitudes and for that day renewed my faith that someone still believes in customer service.

The team was thorough (mostly) in making sure out items were safely moved. Issues: did not take pics of how things came apart, so items were slow in putting them back together (and in some cases, incorrectly). We also had the light switch snapped off of our bedroom furniture, so no our lights can't be turned on or off. I submitted pics of this, but haven't heard ANYTHING further about this.

The move presented a few challenges that Darion and Sharmar handled with ease. They arrived on time and kept a good pace with planning, moving, and organizing the items. The unloading process went even smoother and took way less time. I was really shocked how close the estimate was to the actual time it took to move the items. Overall it was a good experience.
