They are the "BEST".
From the office to the movers, they are just awsome.
Will only use these people for any other moving project in future.

Took longer than expected and I had multiple damaged items and I never heard back
Response
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must be to deal with delays and damaged items, especially without follow-up. Your feedback is important, and we’d like to make things right. Please reach out to our office so they can look into this further and assist you directly.

You hire wonderful people from Christian in the office to Bryan and Bryan who packed and moved us. Everyone facilitated a really difficult move for us while we were already living out of state. Thank you!
Response
Thank you, Francisca! We’re so glad Christian and the Bryans made your out-of-state move easier. We truly appreciate your trust and kind words!
Mary
Office person made several mistakes. Trucks were not fully informed of the travel route. Charge was higher than estimated.
Response
Hello Mary, the trucks use a gps system, which they follow to load and unload. We try to estimate as close as possible. Appreciate your feedback.
