Had a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy. The three guys that moved us were so nice, and very respectful of the furniture and houses. They were amazing! I was so impressed with their professionalism and work ethic.

The mover’s showed up complaining about how their job isn’t worth the pay & complained the entire time. They took pictures of parts of my home I had not packed up yet to send to their manager to get out of having to move my items that were packed up right next to the front door. They sat in their truck for 2 hrs complaining, left half of my items at my old home & charged me for all of it.

Katie, we apologize that this is how you feel we handled your move. However, as already discussed, we were limited to what we could do based on certain hazards inside the home. This was explained to you when the men arrived. We did not want to refuse to move you and leave you in a bind, so we informed you that our men could only move what was safe, clean and sanitary. We apologize, after this was done, that you were still not happy with the services we provided and if you would like to discuss anything further, please feel free to contact our office.

We had the best experience with Two Men and a Truck! Truly. The crew (James V., Calvin, and Brandon) were incredibly efficient, but also polite and funny. Unfortunately, our tv did end up breaking in the move, BUT Heather with Two Men and a Truck hooked us up with a new one, which we didn’t expect at all. We were just so pleasantly surprised with how easy and stress free a move can be. Thank you!
