INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED .. I called at 8am to confirm moving time window & spoke to someone to confirm 9:15am. By 10:30am no one came and it took me until noon, calling for someone to answer the phone. I was told my moving date was scheduled for the next wkend. I said I spoke to someone a month again and THIS morning. No accommodations made, solely, just mustve read it wrong & nothing they can do.

The move on 9/26 was the worst. A 5-6 hour move turned into 10.75 hours. They didn’t tell us they were leaving the house we moved from. We had to stop them because they left things that needed to be moved. They stopped for lunch and didn’t tell us and from what I see on the invoice I was charged for their 30 minute break. Half of our labeled boxes were in the wrong rooms. Horrible experience!
