The move was a fast, professional and friendly experience for me and my family. Starting with Megan in the office who was able to meet our needs with relatively short notice. And then the moving crew - Theo, Treyshawn, and Gary. They were awesome!

The team took apart my bed and weren't able to put it back together properly. They clearly had no idea what they did wrong (they said that) but were going to take it apart and try again. I asked if I would get a discounted fee because this error was on them, not me. I didn't want to pay for their time trying to put it together and then pull it apart. So I told them to leave and stop charging me.
