I was told by the office manager that the movers would not roll anything across my new floors. They not only used a dolly directly on my wood floors, causing gouges and scrapes but they did not wrap the wall and put a gouge in my freshly painted wall. Nobody apologized from the company until I brought up the fact that nobody seemed apologetic. I need more room to respond to all the issues I had

My movers were fantastic. They were very polite and efficient. They had some crazy heavy awkward furniture to move and maneuver around tight doorways. They did it well without scratching the furniture or walls and floors. I was way behind in my moving and they were more than happy to add extra furniture on the truck for me as long as they had the space. Great experience.
