Can't say enough great things about the service I received. I had fairly short notice to move, and they were able to get me in on my preferred date with no problem. The dispatch/booking team was great.. The team the day of was fantastic, respectful of my property, and dealt with some heavy furniture and challenging logistics very well. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Two men and a truck damaged my washing machine, hit a bookcase, and scratched my dryer.
The issue with the washing machine occurred due to inexperience. It was loaded onto the dolly from the wrong side. The back of the washing machine is made of aluminum and cannot support the weight of the entire appliance. It should be loaded from one of the sides instead.
