Erin Green was professional and great to work with on planning and quoting the move. The moving team was on time, professional, helpful, friendly, polite and got the job done with great attitudes. I chose you guys even though you were way more expensive than other estimates I got, but I went with you guys because I needed reliability. The guys were supposed to be here at 11. 5 phone calls and 4.5 hours later they finally showed up, but I missed my best friends memorial who passed away the week before. So I payed way more, only to have happen what I didn’t want to happen.

This might be our 10th move (both locally and provincially) with TMAAT and again, we couldn’t be happier. Every part of this company, from the front office/estimating to pre-move confirmations to the actual moving day team make moving stress free and effortless. These guys are always professional, punctual and incredibly accommodating. Moving is never fun but these guys certainly make it easier!

The driving operator seemed to be under the influence, it took him roughly 20mins to park the truck at pick up and drop off. He also did not listen to the second operator, he would take a long time discussing why something wouldn’t work before the second operator persuades him to try it his way and it worked fine. Although I prepped the items to move it still took 5 hours. I was not satisfied.

This is my fourth move with this company. All of them have been a great experience but this one was definitely the best!! Patrick & Marc treated me like they were moving a best friend or family not just a customer. They went above and beyond to make my move less stressful and a positive experience. Hopefully, I will not be moving again but if I do Two Men & a Truck is the only company I will use.

The team moving my gun safe were friendly and professional. However they did damage a wall in my move. The team promptly filed a damage report and the main office did follow up. However, nothing after that. I was supposed to be contacted by the repair guy - nothing. No call, no text and no follow-up from the main office. I expected better. I repaired the wall myself and called it a day.
