I was initially quoted $220 plus $50 for gas, but I was ultimately charged $390. The moving team arrived two hours earlier than scheduled without prior confirmation, and they were given the wrong delivery address—despite my having entered the correct one on the original quote. This miscommunication caused delays and contributed to an overcharge of $120. Owners refused to resolve.

James had excellent customer service skills when first booking your service. The 2 young men who moved our furniture were very polite and thorough, even asking questions about how certain pieces came apart. Wrapped pieces with care. Highly satisfied customer!!!! Would definitely recommend and use again when the time comes!!
