I was told they could discard sofa for $25. They arrived & said they could not take it. Charged me $40 cash to remove it. I loaded my tote with dishes to discard, they kept my new tote. At the new place, they wanted to leave my totes in the garage. The team was hard working on a hot day. Too many misunderstandings led to a stressful move.

Very easy to get an estimate, make arrangements for move.
The team was very courteous, pleasant and really handled all furniture etc. with caution and respect. Could not have asked for a better experience. I would totally recommend calling them again.
