The whole progress from beginning to end was easy & wonderful! The office team was always very timely in their response, very helpful and nice. When we had to change our estimate a few times, they were right on it! The moving crew was great as well! We had some hiccups with a family member on what was and what was not being moved and the guys were very kind and patient with us.

Our office team works hard to keep things organized and responsive, and it’s great to know their efforts made a difference for you. We’ll also be sure to share your compliments with the moving crew—they’ll appreciate hearing how their patience and professionalism stood out.

The moving team Brian and Amber were awesome! The office representative was not very forthcoming with information when I was first inquiring about your services. Kinda like pulling teeth. Thank goodness I asked all the right questions and pursued your services. I've used you before and will again. Thank you for everything!
Response

I'll be sure to pass your feedback onto them and their managers. We appreciate all your feedback and will use it to make future experiences with office staff better. It would also be appreciated if you would pass the word onto friends and family. Once again, thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, your movers who care!
