They were scheduled to arrive at 8am. By 10am we called to make sure everything was alright. They said they'd be there in 40 mins. 2 hours later (4 hours late) they finally showed. They movers themselves were polit, however the truck filled up before we were done. While unloading they dropped my washer and they are only offering $300 for a $1200 washer! Not acceptable. We'll never use them again.

You're absolutely right on the scheduling issue, we are always on time or early, but because your move was booked at the last minute, it wasn't dispatched properly. That is also why we sent the extra guy out for you as well, free of charge, to make sure we got everything done in the schedule time window! We understand you took work of for the day and are very sorry we showed up late.
We got everything figure out with your washer and are all squared up with that!

Scheduling was a breeze with the office. Everything was explained well. Our moving team - Jake, Noah and Robert - showed up on time, and were professional, diligent and friendly. They took great care with our items and with the floors in the new location. Overall, we highly recommend them and will use Two Men again. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used your moving services, and I had a fantastic experience both times. Each job was properly estimated, as far as # of movers / truck / amount of stuff being moved. The movers are always so professional, and fast! The office staff is great, always quick to return phone calls. I have recommended Two Men & a Truck to my friends & family.

Office staff was very easy to work with in determining the team we would need for our move.
Received Intermittent calls from the staff during the period between booking and move in day to check in to see how we were doing and if we had any questions or concerns.
The guys were so pleasant, cheerful and great workers, handled our furniture with care and made sure we were satisfied with everything.

The two young men who moved our belongings were efficient and careful. There is one mistake they made lightly causing damage to my fireplace tv stand. But other than that, they were absolutely perfect and experienced.

Movers Jonathan and Michael were terrific! They were on time, very careful, helpful and efficient. Very professional, considerate. Not a mark on a wall or door. I would hire them back again!
