The only thing I was upset with was that the men didn't get my box spring on correctly when setting up my bed. I have trouble getting comfortable on my bed because of this, and I don't have anyone to help me fix the issue. I didn't realize the problem was there until after I replied to the text that was sent to me asking how my experience was, so I'm glad there was a survey.

Movers were rough with the stuff, careless with some antiques and vintage items. Things broke, were lost, or damaged. They Took long breaks and seemed to be running out the clock. Not a fan of the company and I would recommend getting friends to help before trusting these “professionals.”

Josh and Gordon were fantastic. Very professional and efficient. In the end, they ran out of space on the truck, through no fault in their own, but they adapted an overcame. I appreciate Moses and the management team working to move assets to complete our move in the allotted time.
If I could make a suggestion, I would recommend doing an on-site survey for moves outside of the city.

They were very fast but careful with the few fragile things I own. The guys were also very personable, but professional.

Our movers were Nico and Marquis out of Hope Mills, NC and they did a great job. Very efficient at moving all of our stuff. They were quick, yet wrapped and loaded our furniture with care. I would definitely recommend 2 Men and a Truck.
