Worst experience ever. They have hidden costs. Only moved totes and bed. No furniture. Office is rude. Lost all my belongings. Didn’t even wrap mattress. Go with big company. Don’t lose like I did. Big big mistake. I’m devastated.

I was impressed by their speed and the careful way they handled all the furniture to ensure it wasn't damaged during the move. I was charged one amount at the end of the move only to be called and told I still owe almost $2k when I was promised over and over again they had no hidden fees and they just charged my card on file without speaking to me. Do NOT use this company. They are very shady!

We called and spoke to you the morning after your move to inform you of a balance due. Not because of hidden fees, but because your card was charged for the wrong amount. As a courtesy we called to let you know this prior to charging your card. The total amount you were charged, was the amount you signed and agreed to at the end of your move, and several hundred dollars less than the original estimate you were given. We apologize you were not happy with this but ensure you that we are not shady, nor do we have hidden fees, but we do have to collect on the full balance due for services rendered.
