Excellent scheduling/estimate process with Laura, great help from Hannah in Claims as well. My move crew (Dominic, Gabriel, and Donte) were terrific! Hardworking plus very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, very pleased and impressed with the great customer service I was given!

Aron and Marcus our moving team we fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about them. The arrive on time and were extremely professional, efficient and very polite. They both had so much energy. Both were amazingly organized. After they loaded us for the move we called the local office to make sure they woul be the team to unload us the following day.

Everyone was wonderful, from Renee in the office, to the movers.
As my move got closer I had to change the date as I was able to get into my new cottage a week sooner. That was no problem at all.
The follow up was also great.
On the day of the move the movers arrived on time and a after a brief review of the old apartment they started to work. I was amazed at how quickly they worked.

My moving team was excellent. They were courteous plus they were very careful with my possessions. Moving is not a fun activity, but when you have a great moving team like I did, it makes it a lot easier. I would highly recommend them to a friend!

Lioness, CJ and Dominic were outstanding. When the inevitable curveball came, they had a great attitude and really made the day enjoyable. They were not only delightful to be around, they could move! All around great experience. We’ll be calling again.
