The movers damaged the entry door of the house i was moving out of and did not inform me. The inspector of the rental found the damage. I was responsible for looking for any damages made by the movers and accept this. I am disappointed with the integrity of the movers.

Office staff was very helpful and answered questions in a timely manner.
Movers were on time and communication was efficient. The young men were respectful, kind, polite and friendly. Part of the move involved entering an assistive living facility, the young men were very friendly to the other residents, taking time to say hello and wishing them a "Happy Halloween". I was very impressed.
