I declined the pads since we were moving a short distance to a storage unit. I assumed the risk, however furniture was stacked carelessly and unnecessarily in storage unit causing several long and deep gouges on top of our kitchen table. Not sure about the rest of my items hopefully some make to their final destination not destroyed. Movers were friendly, just a little careless, one specifically.

When I made the appointment for my move, I asked them to bring extra boxes. When I confirmed the day prior, I asked them to bring extra boxes. I was substantially packed but there are always stray items last minute. Movers arrived without the boxes requested. The move cost over 50% more than budgeted and took almost twice the amount of time. The same items were moved by same company last year

Great service as always! This is the fourth time I've used a Two Men team, and they're always excellent. Took a bit longer than anticipated because I didn't make clear I lived in a 3 floor house, but that was on me.

Ryan in the office is always a great help, very friendly and then the team that shows up is always easy to deal with and does a great job. We use 2 Men for moving heavy equipment and have for junk removal and they are great services.

Althought we prioritized the large furniture first, they did not fit much into their truck and many items were left behind we had to rent a truck on our own to move the rest. We thought they'd be able to fit more items in even with the big furniture being prioritized.
