I submitted a damage report with pictures of the damage and they knew that the damage wasn't taken care of and the repair man came and only took care of part of it. They say he asked my wife about the other damage and she said it was fine and they had her sign off on everything without fixing it. They now want to charge me 250.00 to come back out and fix what they broke. No ethics!
