What jumped out first was their friendliness and politeness. Team leader was professional and listen to our thoughts and took his crew through the house so everyone was aware of what-was-what. They had a newbie with them and all the other members of the crew helped him, gave him recommendations on how to use the carriers etc.

Michele was so sweet and didn’t mind having to re-explain parts when setting up my appointment and estimate. The movers, Jacob and Jaleel, were AMAZING. They made moving everything look effortless and were so quick! They also were in fantastic moods (even with it being their second stop of the day) and were smiling and joking with us. Everyone made this such a pleasant experience!
