You really need to figure out how to give more accurate estimates. I ended up $800 plus over my estimate. On top of that; if the customers warns the estimator we are moving into a super short drive on a busy road(Henderson) they should really probably listen instead just saying it won’t be a big deal. Lastly, appropriate parking to a customer might not always equal appropriate to you all.

The movers were professional, courteous, and did everything that was asked. They made the moving enjoyable instead of stressful. They respected my property, were on time and completed the move within the timeframe we had discussed. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to others.

No complaints at all, just an observation. One of my two men was ‘newer on the job.’ In other moving experiences, opened products such as my tapioca pearls were sealed with tape so that they didn’t spill into the moving box. Not a big deal, but messy.
This move I did not need to use ‘storage’ of my things, so much better. Syracuse to Minneapolis was quick (Monday to Wednesday) !

This is the second time I have used this 2 Men & Truck franchise. Both moves went really well. The moving teams and coordinator Jillian are especially good at what they do. It was nice not to have to worry about any unexpected surprises. Would absolutely use them again if needed.

Excellent customer service, at a great price. Efficient, friendly movers who went above and beyond for me, even fixing a small issue with my washer hose connection before hooking it back upon arrival. All of my belongings arrived without a scratch. I am super happy with my move! Highly recommend!!!
