I had an initial phone call to explain what items I needed moved. The 2 young men that were sent did not have the muscles to move the items up steps and into their truck. They had difficulty with many items, so it took longer than expected and cost more than the estimate from the office staff. Also, they banged up walls , doors and made other marks on walls because they rested items on walls.

Once again Elizabeth in the office and the guys that came out to do the move were awesome. They were on time, moved quickly with care, asked questions and took of everything we needed. Tray and Loveless moved me from NE FTW to SW FTW. they knew what to do, what sequence to perform the actions. Loveless was packing the kitchen and every item came through in one piece.

The Office Team Were Personable & Efficient! The Moving Team Were Careful, Safe, Polite, Courteous, Friendly, Always Asked Us If This Was Ok In Regards To Any Q’s And Our Permission On Everything! Just A Good Efficient Team All-Around. Just Wish The Hourly Rate Was A Little Less To Fit Our Budget.
