The Customer Service Person I talked to left off A LOT of details for movers.
2 guys were nice but VERY slow, we ended up helping them A LOT!
The Ipad was a struggle lots of time wasted on that! Not strong enough for couple basic items- we had to catch a shelf so didn't fall. A day bed was ruined-1yr. old- they worked on it -1 hour. MANY marks and holes in brand new walls-we need to pay to fix.

Josh and Ethan were awesome. They were extremely helpful, professional, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. They made the whole moving process smooth and were flexible to our specific needs. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again.

They dismantled and set up the electronic beds in very short order!

Unfortunately it wasn't my best moving experience. Some of the guys weren't very careful. They dinged up walls and damaged the door frames at both houses trying to force things through. They also dropped boxes off the dolly and put a hole in the side of our couch. One of the guys got exhausted about two thirds of the way through the day, so it was really only two guys working the last few hours.

Moving was smooth, I paid for insurance, they damaged a very expensive couch, sent out someone to fix it that made the fix worse than if I had done it myself. Their insurance is only useful the truck catches on fire, other than that they will do a subpar job to address the issue.

Chandler and the teams were very professional and helpful. Packing went well. They were on time and worked steadily even though it was hot & humid. Unpacking went well also. The cost was as quoted. We would use this company again. Thank you!
PS. I failed to mention the estimate. We wanted a real person to come and look at our
Belongings and they did. Other companies used a phone walk-

Two men and a truck did great work moving from the third floor apartment to a house a handful miles away the team was knowledgeable of the surrounding area when working in tight conditions and was efficient in moving our stuff keeping saftey, time, and energy in mind.

The 3 men arrived around 9:30 am and were kind and polite and introduced themselves. One man was training the other two. He was kind to them and to me and made sure the trainees knew proper procedures for moving and lifting.
They arrived at the other end and after a quick walk through, proceeded to unload quickly and were finished in a few hours.

Malik, John and Anthony were three of the hardest working men we’ve ever experienced while moving. They hardly took breaks and just kept going. Nothing was broken which is almost unheard of. We’ve used 2 men and a truck before and were satisfied but these three men were fantastic. I am also a realtor and will be recommending this company as well. Well done!
