Let people know you’re charged from the time they leave THEIR facility. Wasn’t prepared for a $25 fuel fee when the truck didn’t have to leave my moving location, just buildings.
Other companies were same price but I decided to go with them guys based upon the 2 hour minimum and then was charged for 3 hours due to travel time.
The guys were very nice and polite, and very through. Very happy!

Regarding the charges, we do go over all fees — including fuel, hourly rates and how our time is calculated from when we leave our facility until we return — during the booking process and in the pre-move letter you signed.

Brent, Maira and Freddy were fantastic! They worked so hard but also joked with each other and with us! Truly the best moving team that I have ever worked with, and I am retired military!

I didn't catch both of their names, but Austin and the guy moving with him for us today were awesome. They did everything as promised and timely. They even went out of their way to help move some things that we already had sitting around at our destination. Thank you all for your hard work!

The packing team- Chris, Manny, and Dylan were absolutely amazing to watch. Very patient and helpful.
The moving team- Chris, Manny, Dylan, and Jay were again amazing. They worked so well together, were so quick and left my items in the locations I requested and prepared all the cabinets so I was able to unload the packed items and set up everything. Thank you all for making this a smooth move.
