The movers were nice enough. I had mentioned, on the phone with Catherine, that several pieces would be very heavy. I was experiencing big burly guys, I guess. The Two movers tried to move the first armoire and punched a hole in my sheet rock. They also slid many pieces on the vinyl plank flooring and left marks. In my new place walls were scuffed up, I will have to repaint. Not happy!

The move out experience was great. It was convenient that our things were stored for us without needing a storage unit. The move in experience was not great. Lost hardware, things put together improperly, boxes left in the wrong rooms. We felt that the move in team didn’t really care to do things correctly. They wanted to unload the truck and leave as quickly as possible.

Josue, Wes & Mervyn are fantastic! My 2bd/2ba apartment was quoted 5-6 hrs which it has never taken before with any company. I was very pleased with the final job time.
However, when office staff who clarified the card information was “bold” enough to say, something along the lines of…why did you finish so fast, you’re going to kill our profits…THAT was a very disappointing, way to end the move
