Thank you for your review and allowing us to respond to the unfavorable rating. To hear that you felt that the move crew was "very slow," please take in consideration that your move was from a third story apartment to another third story apartment. That is a lot of steps to do while carrying full sized furniture and other items. The total bill came in at your low end of the estimate that indicates the crew was moving at a brisk pace. The items that were left were not on the sales order. The customer supplied the inventory list and also signed the pre move letter stating everything was correct and current.

We were very happy with our moving team! The guys were very respectful and they worked so HARD! Especially appreciated was how careful they were with our belongings like a grand piano. The move wasn’t easy but they were gracious and got the job done. Thanks for making our move successful!
