Got move scheduled in a tight window over a holiday weekend and appreciated date flexablity. I was notified last minute that I would have to pay for storage on the truck over the holiday where I really didn't have a choice at that point at what seemed like a pretty high rate (it was discounted some, but still seemed high as my storage unit was about the same for a month as the daily charge).

The guys were a tad late getting there but they were very nice and respectful. They got right to work and made sure everything was safe and secure. I was very pleased with the service!

I have used Two Men several times and never had much of an issue. But this time went badly. The quote was way too low, I was double charged the deposit (took me a long time to get it back), and the move took 11 hours because it was understaffed. I voiced these issues and asked for a partial refund but was ignored.
