Your men moved slow as molasses and drove up the cost in working hours.
This was a two bedroom apartment which was already 90% packed into boxes.
4 guys couldn’t do this job in the quoted amount.
I was quoted $1200 and charged $1000+ over that for something that should have cost a case of beer and a few pizzas.

Moving team of 3 was great once they got there. Almost 1 ½ hours late.
I called to reschedule the 2nd part of my move because the floors in my house delayed because truck could not go over the passes. I called as soon as I heard on Wednesday but it was in the 72 hour of the Friday move date. They wouldn’t work with me on rescheduling to the move date without loosing my $200 deposit.

The service has been different each time. There seems to be a lack of continuity and training. This last time was the worst. They were unorganized . They took longer than any other team with much less boxes. They went way over budget. The increasingly bad weather would not have been as large a factor if they were coordinated in their efforts. I tip very well, each time, yet still disappointed.

Rick, Will and Skylar were awesome. It was a snowy day but they kept at it and did a GREAT job. Please give then a pat on the back from us as we were very happy to get our move completed. We are in our early 70s and could not have done what they did for us. This isn't the first time I have used 2 men and a truck. If I ever have to move again, I will be calling you :)
