My family have nothing but rave reviews for our movers Caleb and Antoine (sp?). Unfortunately our son went into ICU at the same time as our move, so I was unable to be there for the move. My family said both gentlemen were courteous, friendly and cautious with our belongings. My booking experience with Anjelica was seamless as well. The movers were nearly an hour late and communication with the drivers and dispatch was inconsistent and spotty at best. Once the movers arrived, they did a fine job, but the put my move pretty far off schedule

Robert, we understand how that can be frustrating. You were scheduled in one of our afternoon slots in which our arrival window is from 12-5. There was a job before your move, and there were complications at the unload location of that job. Which is why we were an hour later than our original update to you. This was my first experience hiring a moving company and I am very happy with the service that was provided. The movers were very respectful and did a great job moving my home without damaging anything. I was concerned with what the final fee would be but the movers and owner were compassionate and made sure I was not charged for any additional time or "hidden fees". I will forever recommend this company to anyone looking for moving assistance.

Well I appreciated all of are large items like are dresser beds couches and tables. Being moved for us but there was a little miscommunication with the inventory but. Dan was nice about everything and was polite and even thoe we still had to go. Back to are old place a couple of times to still get some things I appreciate the fact. He made sure he got the items out that we definitely would of struggled with. Dan is a good guy to have on your team he is nice and polite and I would recommend him.
