They did not bring the equipment necessary to move the items that they were hired to move
The office was given the dimensions of the items and the weight of the items
3 men showed up with 6 hands as their only tools. They blamed it on not having their "normal truck"
Finally, I pressed them on whether they had ramps or not and they went back to the truck and got them
Things went smoothly after that

The entire experience was great! I had to reschedule several times, and the office staff was friendly and helpful. The movers were helpful and careful with everything. They made sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. They worked efficiently and they made my move so much easier. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them!
