The guys were not prepared for the specific item that was being moved even though I made it clear what the item being moved was going to be when I set up the appt. The guys were very kind, polite, and apologetic. They eventually figured out how to move the item and did an amazing job. I’d definitely hire them again.

Juan and Quan were excellent. They communicated clearly and were professional. They did an amazing job packing my trailer. Everything was neatly arranged and strapped down tight! They stacked the boxes like a Tetris expert.
I drove 300 miles and nothing moved an inch. I felt safe on the road knowing the load wasn’t shifting around. Safety is so important and I’m very grateful for their skills.

My job was understaffed which led to extended move time. This was a move 5 min down the road from a 2 bedroom apartment to a house only big furniture. My items were damaged cause the men couldn't lift them safely. Again because they were understaffed. Have not heard back on my damage reports. Would not recommend

The two guys who picked up and delivered a desk were AWESOME! Great communication between the two of them, and with us, and they were extra careful with the item to make sure it wasn't damaged. I was very impressed.
The scheduler was great, too. She gave me options and worked with me while I communicated with the prior owner of the desk about the best time to retrieve it.
