I’ve discussed this with Victoria. The quote was for 5 hours. The move took 10. The right questions weren’t asked at the beginning. They didn’t book enough movers or a large enough truck. When I complained I felt that Victoria blamed me for not giving accurate information which was not at all the case. The right questions were not asked. Movers were nice and worked hard.
