Theee gentleman were sent to our residence. They called to advise that they would be about 2 hours late, and i understood and waited for them. 2 hours later. They promptly showed up, and they completed the move in

The two men who moved our furniture were professional, friendly, on time and worked quickly. They handled the furniture carefully. We were vey happy with the service and would definitely use again.

We have used them before, twice and unfortunately this time was unacceptable. Scheduling was fine, they showed up but when one got pinned trying to get couch out of the house, literally unable to lift it further since it went through the drywall, helped lift & now no response, email, phone regarding covering the cost. Oh and homeowner did have to cover cost to fix within 3 days for closing!

Your crew of two moved my SO from one assisted living facility to another. They were just great! Polite, and professional. I would say they went above and beyond doing their job. I was not really impressed. Although there were many obstacles from my side, I felt their lack of concern for the space they had to work in was not at all what I expected. I had to ask many times to not stack heavy boxes, or block appliances. It was a very stressful day.
