disappointed that the guys showed up 1HR later than my appointed time due to your mandatory team meeting and then i had to fill out and sign all these disclaimers for another 20-30 minutes. all that should have been done online. it really threw off my very tight schedule and inconvenienced 3 others besides me. Had i known this in advance i would have rescheduled entirely, the guys were great tho
