They did not pack the truck well enough to take all of our stuff. We had to leave things behind (grill, yard tools, and several boxes) I will have to rent a truck and go back to pick them up. Also, the lead person was on his phone the whole time he was packing the truck. This is MUCH different then our previous experience. Hi. First of all, my team was an hour and a half late. The 2 younger gentlemen were professional and efficient. The lead gentleman tried to solicit his services as a side business, which I'm sure Two Men and a Truck would not appreciate. 2 items were broken (handle to a cart and door to a book case cabinet) and they didn't move ANY of my mirrors- which I didn't realize until they were gone.

Our service was great! The move went much more quickly than we expected, our movers showed up right on time, nothing was broken or scratched, and it actually ended up being about half the price we initially thought it would be to get movers. We used the service for a smaller move of only furniture this time, but will definitely be using the full moving service on our next move.

Start to finish the experience is great! Website is easy to use. The staff are responsive and timely and very friendly and helpful. The stars are the moving team though. They packed their 24 ft moving truck in 2 HOURS! They literally hit the ground running. Fast, friendly, efficient...these words are just the start. They even helped me move a fridge and stack my washer/dryer. Amazing work!

This does not allow enough characters to properly outline the issues. Summary- Property damaged, movers assured my wife they had not beat or scratched anything and she wasn't able to verify due to caring for our infant and working at the same time. When I got home from work, I saw significant cosmetic damage. Unfortunately she also, on their word of no damage, gave a significant tip. Verify all.

The office staff were friendly on the phone but did not follow through. I booked online to confirm appointment to which someone said they would call. I confirmed at the last second due to this. The moving crew was fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful. The moving crew smiled and were also very respectful. The crew leader was great, introduced himself and communicated the whole move.
