It was fast, capable and efficient. I am a bit disappointed in the packing that was done before my goods were put in storage. It did not hold up well, and there was some failure and damage during loading and unloading. I recommend you either develop a special crew for packing or not offer the service. You may also have improved this service since my goods were packed 3 years ago.

This moving experience was absolute seamless from my initial contact with Taylor to delivery to the final destination. The two movers were sooo nice, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Jaylen and the other two movers were very professional, pleasant and very hard workers. They took care in moving my furniture. They were even careful with keeping my home as clean as possible because of all the snow, ice and salt due to the weather. The team of Johnny, Arthur, Travis and Derrick worked well together and we couldn't have been happier with our move. They were very respectful of our property and took great care in packing up and unloading. They were all friendly and personable. Our sleep number bed was put together correctly, something that wasn't done 6.5 years ago the last time we moved (with a different company).
