It took 12 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment that is 712 sq. from the east side of Jackson Mi to Spring Arbor Mi which is about a 30 minute drive. I was quoted 4 hours. My 89 year old mother was so stressed out by the end of the day I thought she was going to end up in the hospital. We went from $1000 quote to $2095 bill.

Lots of energy -never stopped the whole time loading up and unloading as well.
Extremely helpful they wanted to make sure that I had all of my furniture placed the way that I wanted when they unloaded and unwrapped it at the property.

There was damage to my stairwell with the move and I was told somebody would be in touch with me within 24 to 48 hours and nobody ever called me. I’ve spoken to somebody at the office twice and keep being transferred to a number with a voicemail. They do not follow up and accept responsibility on damage claims.
