Zack had open communication, texted and called to confirm the appointment. He was so helpful, friendly, and professional, as well. The movers were nice and polite, and took special care with our belongings. Everything went well, up until payment time. Two Men And A Truck charged us for 45 minutes before the arrival of the movers, and then 30 minutes after the departure of the movers, for their travel time back to the office, which is 20 minutes away (tops) from our apartment and storage unit. Recommend the movers, not the Co.

The travel time charged is based on a standard calculation set at the time of booking and is shared upfront, so there are no surprises.
