My mom was present when they arrived. She said they did a nice job, and also had a good attitude.
She even wondered if we could request the same movers when they come back to move items into the apartment when the time comes.

I have told the manager about my problems. So far the washer, dryer, and dresser have not been fixed or replaced. These two movers were the worst I ever used. I hope that this company will take care of the problems that thier men caused. Be careful who you hire.

I have used two men and a truck for several moves in the last 10 years. This past move was by the WORST I experienced with this company. The workers didn’t want to help, they were trying to milk time. They told me what they were and weren’t gonna take. They challenged EVERY single question I had regarding things that we happening with the move. They left stuff that were definitely on the list to be moved and they left some of my belongings in the halfway.
