From the first phone call with James and I think Jeff until the delivery of my mom's furniture in North Carolina everything went so smooth. Everyone we talked to was wonderful! Being she was on a waiting list to move to assisted living we didn't know the date until the last minute. The two young men who moved her were prompt, polite, and did a great job delivering her belongings. So appreciate it

Initially, we were referred to two men and a truck to move some larger items into the new home. After the movers were unable to remove the couch (That myself and one other were able to move on our own at a later date) they left early, moved some of the items back into the new residence, leaving mud stains on the new carpet, as well as a hole in the trim from a puncture.
