Way under quoted time and expense. Had to be adjusted twice as the day wore on. Lost 3 expensive legs to my Sleep Number bed. Left 2 others and a remote in the truck which were delivered 3 days later. Lost several TV remotes and cords (were not packed with the TVs despite me asking them to keep all the cords and remotes with the TVs).

We had an unexpected situation come up where we had to schedule a move in a 24-hour time frame. Two Men and a Truck provided a fair quote and a timely turnaround regarding the move. The customer service person responded within fifteen minutes from our original inquiry and the guys that completed the move were professional and respectful.

The team of Kirby, Darrian and Terry was nothing short of exceptional for our move. The men worked at full speed the entire time but also exercised great care with our furniture and valuables. They did an excellent job communicating from start to finish, ensured items went in the right rooms, and volunteered to take anything we had ready which wasn't in original plan. GREAT WORK, THANK YOU!!

We were very happy with our excellent moving team - they were so polite, friendly, extremely hardworking, and thorough. They were very patient with my mom, who was moving, and so kind. They worked hard to make sure her items fit into her storage unit, and saved us the need to rent another small unit. These guys represented your company extremely well and deserve kudos.

Office 4 stars only bc when doing phone estimate said 1 truck two trips same day was OK, but moving team said they don't do that

Unfortunately, our office move was not as promised.
The guys showed up late, didn't start loading the truck right away. After an hour or so 1 truck and 2 guys left to go do another job as they were short staffed. We had people at the new office waiting until after 6pm for the truck to show up to unload. The 2nd truck didn't come back until 4:30pm. LOTS of damage done to our furniture. Not happy.
