Only thing that made me nervous was the boxes on the dolly. They were not secure and if wanted to fall forward.. they could.
Some loads had the heavier boxes on top and the bottom one had started collapsing.

When i reported damage to my home you were quick to send a hanyman for an estimate, then it has been silence. Likely because the cost to repair was more than the move. Dalton called 2 days later to ask how my move went and i explained i was waiting to hear about repairs to be made. He said he would get back to me by end of day- no response. Called yesterday, left message, no call back.

Moving team was great, office was not. They TEXTED instead of called me 15 minutes before my move was to start to say they were rescheduling me (causing me to miss a funeral). Did not explain that valuation was insurance. Not communicative. Only emailed terms over the day before. I’ve used you guys before but will be looking elsewhere.

Alex had been with us on a previous move within the past week and that was a real bonus as he knew our house and the driveway situation. Colby was the team lead and did a fantastic job.
