Incredible experience! (And who says that about moving??) Our team was Starsky and Jody and they were professional and cared for our items. They were very understanding, considering that we were moving items out of my parents' home after the death of my mother. They worked very well together and made a difficult process easier than we anticipated. We also appreciated Karen's help in scheduling.

Your company lost the legs of my piano and broke my video arcade game. You coerced my family member into choosing a lower priced warranty when we had already decided to do the full warranty. No one has been in contact with me about remediation.

Mike, the supervisor, needs to have extensive training. He needs to learn respect. There is no need for him to yell at the employees especially when it is his fault for lack of supplies.
