Used the service before for a move out of a smaller house and was pleased. I feel that the service wasn't the same this time. The team seemed unprepared for the magnitude of the job in a bigger house. Job ran twice as long as projected and was twice as expensive. Multiple supervisors had to show up during the process. An expensive dining table was seriously damaged.
