Beginning with Robin, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, our small move was set up quickly and efficiently. She noted any concerns and ensured my mind was set at ease. Our two movers, Cam and Manny were the best. They wrapped and protected everything and moved quickly and safely. Friendliest guys, and so helpful, going above and beyond. Will ask for them if ever we need to move!

On this last move that we needed a lot wasn’t delivered. Half the sofa cushions that for the back weren’t delivered as well as the pillows that go on the couch. The lamp shades were also left behind. We weren’t happy about that and no one did anything to rectify the mistake. This is the first time we’ve experienced this.

We requested to have the pallets removed but they weren't done by the movers due to internal miscommunications. Movers were not aware of that they had to dispose the pallets. Had to reach out back and forth for the final bill to make sure they don't charge additional fees for it. Otherwise, the scheduling part was good a good experience, Kudos to Nardia and Andreya in assisting me.

I truly appreciate Two Men and a Truck moving company and the movers they sent. Cheyenne and Chase were GREAT! They didn’t waste any time in getting items loaded from the storage unit and moved to the 2nd floor apt. I would recommend s company and especially these two young men.

The moving team was professional and friendly. I like how each one introduced themselves and shook my hand. The driver did a great job backing up in the driveway. There was damage to one item from difficulty getting it through the door, but the office team has promised either reimbursement or sending someone out to fix the damage. The damage is a huge disappointment but was the only downside.
