I would have liked to coordinate the timing better. I was unable to find it when setting it up on the website, or paperwork. Appreciated the flexibility with every turn with asking questions and verifying each item before loading. Would encourage some door stoppers maybe.

The staff that came to help out was fantastic. They were upfront with everything and did a fantastic job packing up my items, including all breakdown, and efficiently putting everything in storage. Even more impressive was that it turned out to be a brutally cold day and they were still professional and efficient.
