The office team was very personable & explained the moving process/prices very well. My moving team was phenomenal! I was impressed with their skill/stamina at prepping, lifting & loading heavy pieces for an entire day. I was really impressed when they found on the truck a tiny piece of trim that chipped off my desk. That showed me they were very conscientious workers. Excellent job moving team!

The lead mover was the problem. He started asking for tips the minute they got there -- before they had moved anything. I gave them a tip. He wouldn't move the washer because it was still connected, but other things that were on the list they didn't pick up because of the washer (the table & the bookshelf). He refused to go to the 2nd location. And also asked for more tips. The other guy was nice.

The entire process was simple and very easy to work through. I was very appreciative of the team sent out to the house. They got to work right away, no dragging feet or waisting time. Very friendly and informative. Honestly the whole move was handled much better and comfortably than I was expecting. I will definitely use them again later, and reccomend them to others.

The men were very polite, respectable and very efficient.
They planned out what to move in what order and quickly got the furniture wrapped and loaded on the truck. They traveled to the new location and were kind to ask where each piece of furniture was to be placed. In no time, they had everything unwrapped and put in place. Their smiles and good humor made this move so pleasant for me!

After multiple calls and voicemails to the office I have still not heard back regarding damages to my items during the moving process. I have left a total of 3 voicemails after multiple calls and heard nothing back.

Due to weather and only having 3 guys, the movers were delayed. Better/earlier communication would have been appreciated as I took off work to go over to the house before the initial expected time.
