I was not happy with the packing service. However, when I communicated my concerns to the office staff, the office staff addressed my concerns. Moreover, Vito (one of the movers) is excellent. Vito and the other member of his team hustled and turned things around for me. Vito is a great leader because he is an excellent listener. He is very focused on getting the job done. Plz thank Vito and team.

Very disappointed. Packers were polite but threw items into boxes randomly. Silicone items were protected, but many fragile glass items were not. They couldn’t fit all my belongings, and management was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate. Overall, disorganized and unprofessional—would not recommend.

As we discussed before, our team informed you during multiple phone calls and emails that your move would require TWO trucks to complete, as the inventory provided to us would not all fit onto one of our trucks. As you heard in the phone recording I sent to you, you clearly told our staff you understood it would not all fit onto one truck, but you did not want the second truck.
We were more than transparent with you throughout your entire move process. I apologize you are unhappy with our team not being able to move everything for you, but you made that decision before you booked with us. I assure you we would have been more than happy to send a second truck for you, which I even offered to you on moving day, and you declined once again.
