I can't recommend enough - from the time it took for to provide a quote to the smooth move - it went better than expected! The reason for 3 stars, is due to the pricing. For just under 2 hours, it was close to $700 and I feel that is extreme in pricing!! I feel like $500 is worth it but I didn't have a choice since there was an ice storm. Recommend for sure but will warn of high prices.

The two gentleman that moved my mother's furniture were very professional and thoughtful. They did a splendid job taking care of protecting all the fragile items.

The issue I had was that I was given my total for the move and paid - only to have the office call me THE NEXT DAY and tell me I underpaid. It was their mistake and I had to pay more. They extended the hours to fit their narrative… not the actual time it took.

The original sales order was generated before all services were fully completed, which is why we had to adjust the total. I want to be clear that the final invoice reflects the actual time spent on your move. We verified all times using GPS and our in-truck cameras, so the charges accurately match the services provided.
Even though our policy is to apply discounts at the time of booking, we applied a discount after your move to help address the situation. Your original estimate ranged from $597–$935 depending on hours and services, and after the discount, your total came to $850.50.
We take accuracy very seriously and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to clarify this.

I have used your service a few years ago, and was really pleased with the crew, timeliness, handling of all my furniture, setting up at the new location, courteousness- once again during this move I received the same great service as the last time. German and Jose did an excellent job. They moved fast and wrapped everything carefully. When we arrived at the new house the dropped off all the furniture with care where we requested it to go. They even swept the snow off the driveway when needed.

Both of the men who moved out stuff were very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond and make sure everything was moved safely and talked with us about each item to make sure nothing was damaged.

They were late. They ended up charging me for that and also extra for some light boxes that I had tonpack myself.
